Fox Applique Cushion
This is a large cushion it is 50 cm square. The cushion has been quilted and freemotion stitched. 
The background of the fox is cream. The outside section of the cushion is a honeycone cotton.
(So its a bit brighter than the pictures show)
Technique
Each part of the fox and flowers has been interfaced and cut out , then layered onto the linen colour fabric.
I have then free motioned around the design to secure in place with black thread.
It is quite a time consuming procedure.
I have interfaced  the reverse to keep the insides tidy.
The back of the cushion is mustard and has a zipper closure.
